DonorPowered was developed with a Nonprofit for Nonprofits. As a Social Enterprise, up to 20% of every Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly Licensing Fee is donated back to our Nonprofit Partner, The Lord’s Place and to a charitable organization (either national or local), designated by the purchasing organization.
We have made it our mission to help nonprofit organizations excel with their event fundraising efforts. From the very beginning of this project, we invested thousands of hours of development time and thousands of dollars to launch v1 of the software for our contracting client (The Lord’s Place) where we proposed a Social Enterprise and Giveback as an integral part of the contract for custom event fundraising management software.
The Lord’s Place was instrumental in inspiring us to go beyond the feature set they required to better manage their Sleepout event. This inspiration has literally taken us to version 2.5 (as of 2/13/2020) where we are poised to help other nonprofits easily manage their fundraising events, providing the tools for their Participants to raise the maximum for the organization.
